Welcome Neighbor

Our clinic is accessible for people with disabilities. We have free parking and a parking lot. We also offer translation and interpretation services for all languages. The closest bus stop is at Potomac St & 10th Ave, about a 6-minute walk away.

Who We Serve

We focus on helping our neighbors in the 80010, 80011, and 80012 zip codes. This includes families, working adults, seniors, and people from different cultures. However, this doesn’t limit who can get care at AWCHC. We welcome all who need our services.

We want to make a real difference in people's lives and in our neighborhood. We do this by looking at all the things that affect health, like where you live and work.
